Pyromet's Sales Representative and Film Wash Partner Attended the Association for Medical Imaging Management (AHRA) Annual Meeting

(Washington, DC – August 10-13, 2014). Lon Rudnitsky, Pyromet’s sales representative and film wash partner, attended the Association for Medical Imaging Management (AHRA) Annual Meeting at the Gaylord National Resort in Washington, DC.

Rudnitsky attended the AHRA to focus on Pyromet’s dealers within the x-ray recycling industry. The AHRA meeting gives Pyromet’s customers and prospects the opportunity to meet with the radiology decision makers across the country.

“My goal was to see two to three potential new x-ray recycling dealers, and there turned out to be a much larger number of x-ray recycling dealers than I ever expected,” said Rudnitksy. “It was fantastic!  Some of Pyromet’s x-ray recycling customers are now scanning and storing x-ray files for radiology departments.”

Pyromet has a safe and secure program for managing Protected Health Information (PHI) to comply with HIPAA. Rudnitsky was able to inform and share vital information about this process to many attendees at this event. “I was thrilled to hear so many people talk about the large quantities of silver emulsion x-ray files still being stored and waiting to be purged.”.
